THE PRESIDENT: Russell Hiner, a graduate of The Ohio State University, has had years of experience in finance and marketing. As President he has taken this single unit vending concept from the drawings through the international patent process and is now pleased to offer a newspaper dispenser to the marketplace. Because the unit is a secure way to dispense newspapers it is called Secure-One.

THE PRODUCT: The product is designed to work in existing newspaper boxes (see "Specifications" for the list). Because it exposes one and only one paper at a time it insures that only one copy of the newspaper is dispensed each time a customer puts in the correct amount of coins and opens the door. Test markets in Denver and Atlanta have proven that the Secure-One unit works as stated, every time, in all weather conditions. These tests have been conducted in government buildings, hospitals, café's, factories, and on the street in the inner city. Secure-One is made of high quality, powder coated steel and there are no plastic parts. The unit is warranted against manufacture defects for one (1) year. By assuring payment for every newspaper, the Secure-One unit allows more papers to be offered for sale, resulting in increased sales and increased profits. Newspaper racks can now be placed in places that previously have been unprofitable, or unexplored, such as apartment complexes, retirement homes, and street locations, thus expanding the paid circulation.
